The clocks were advanced one hour to Nova Scotia time overnight.  The ship was just rounding eastern Québec’s Gaspé peninsula, near Anse-Pleureuse, when we climbed the stairs from Deck 3 to the Oceanview Café on Deck 10 for breakfast featuring cinnamon buns this morning. Today day is a Sea Day transiting from Quebec City to Sydney, Nova Scotia. The morning was cool about 9°C,an overcast sky and windy when we ascended the stairs to Deck 11.  The waves are about one meter high with some scattered tiny white caps.
The walking track was wet from a bit of drizzle, so we went back down to walk around the outdoor pool on Deck 10 for a 45 minute walk before getting a hot coffee and going to Dominique Lavigueur’s Beyond the Podium presentation about Sydney and Halifax, the last destinations for this cruise.    Steps 8,598
By lunch time, there were a few small patches of blue sky, but it was still cool outside.  Later in the afternoon the clouds grew fewer and the sun broke through. We played some hands of Five Crowns during the afternoon.
At dinner we sat with Audrey & David, Eldon & Carol and Nikki & her husband. The show after dinner was standing room only. The feature performers were Hard Days Night, a Beatles tribute band.  They gave a dazzling performance.
